These terms explain how you can use ConnectBack AI services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. We keep them plain and simple.
Our services
ConnectBack AI provides AI Front Desk solutions (Social Media Communication Management, Text Message Automation, and AI Voice Front Desk) and Business Automation services. You can buy any solution on its own or combine them. There are no forced bundles.
Payment and plans
Monthly solutions are billed each month, plus a one-time setup fee where shown. Business Automation is priced by project, and we give you a clear quote before any work begins. Plans are month to month, and you can change or cancel anytime.
Usage and credits
Some solutions use calls and text messages. Call and text usage may be billed separately, based on how much you use. We explain this to you before you start.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and the access we need to set up your service. You agree to use the service for lawful business purposes and to follow the rules of the platforms we connect to, such as social media and messaging providers.
How we use AI
Our services use AI and automation. AI is helpful but not always perfect. You stay responsible for reviewing important business decisions and customer messages. Learn more on our How We Use AI page.
Other tools
We build on tools like GoHighLevel, ManyChat, and OpenAI, and connect to your existing apps. Those tools have their own terms, and your use of them is also subject to their rules.
Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly service at any time. Setup fees and completed project work are not refundable.
Service as is
We work hard to provide a reliable service, but we provide it as is. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, outages, or factors outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
